Job Description:
This position manages multiple Contract Manufacturers (CMs) in the Far East (Taiwan, Hong Kong and China). The successful candidate will manage eight (8) CMs manufacturing various products for M-Audio.
Tactical responsibilities will include managing materials requirements planning (MRP), P.O. placement and pre-expediting, product related costs; and, overseeing the logistics associated with getting products to the correct location(s).
Strategic responsibilities will include leveraging CM capabilities and components pricing, gaining control of the components-level supply chain, determining and managing ''Preferred Suppliers'', creating and driving Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
