? Manage procurement of assigned  business services categories.


? Responsible for leading cross-functional business teams; through application of strong procurement, market, and technical expertise


? Develop and implement category strategies and establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure successful implementation and support.


? Drive compliance to Procurement/category strategies and supply base consolidation. 


? Interface and align with internal partners and business partners to ensure business objectives are met


? Drive Supplier Integration and collaboration


? Manage costs from a Total Cost of Ownership perspective considering the end-to-end process


? Review external industry information to identify opportunities to deliver value and continuous improvement


? Manage supplier development/relationships to ensure continuity of good and services that meet the quality, service and price performance standards of the company.


? Develop negotiations strategies and drive negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives.


? Develop and lead execution of communication plans to cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with Procurement strategies.  Collaborate with internal partners to identify business requirements and provide procurement expertise.


? Work with suppliers to drive continuous improvement



Education:  Bachelor's Degree 


Experience:


? Minimum 3-7 years experience in Procurement with focus in business services


? Strong oral and written communication skills.


? Strong PC skills, spreadsheet experience a must.


? Proven leadership and project management skills


? Capable of working with all levels within the company and supply base
