Corporate Purchasing Manager

We are currently seeking a Purchasing professional to meet our increasing needs for purchased products and services. This position will play a pivotal role in our growth plans. The Purchasing manager's position encompasses the ability to plan, analysis, negotiations, and documentation of purchased goods in support of key departments and the total company. Key responsibilities will be: to collaborating/assess internal customer business models and needs, develop and implement purchasing strategies customized to meet customer needs using contract management systems, establish and publish instructions for working with the Purchasing Department and create and generate timely reports on inventory status. In example, merchandise costs, projected merchandise usage rates, status of open contracts, adjusted min/max figures as needed, and create alerts and confirmation to customers on key purchases.
