Job DescriptionResponsible for communication via phone, fax and/or email with vendors and salespeople to ensure all quote requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner Communicate via email and phone with vendors regarding product costs, delivery and quality Source products and work with artists for custom product development for customer quote requests Collect data and maintain spreadsheets for new products Coordinate sample arrivals and check-in systems Maintain all catalog files Some art or product development experience a plus Data entry in Excel and various other access based programs Communicate with customers/co-workers/vendors in a professional manner

 

 

Candidate RequirementsExecutive Asst / General Office Experience Buyer/Purchasing and/or Import/Export experience

 

 

Job QualificationsStrong written and verbal skills Detail Oriented Team Player Able to work in a fast pace environment Able to manage a large work load Organizational and follow-up skills are a MUST!
