Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
High School Graduate. Additional education in the Supply and Logistics field preferred.
Experience:
Requires a minimum of two (2)years of Logistics and Supply (U.S. Army or Civilian equivalent is preferred).
Specialized knowledge:
Should be familiar with Software programs SPBS-R and DELTEK.Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Part 45, DOD Manual 4161-2-M, AR 710-1, 710-2, 710-5 and the CSA Property Management Plan is desirable.Must be familiar with MS Office product suite, particularly WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT.Knowledge of MS ACCESS is desirable.Should have thorough knowledge of Procurement and Supply organization practices.Must be familiar with office procedures and administration.

1. Must have excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
2. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify all types of property and equipment purchased and furnished by the Government to support the mission.Prepare property disposition documentation and coordinate distribution.Prepare U.S. Government Property and Accountability Reports.Prepare, arrange and conduct commercial repair and exchange of non-serviceable items.Maintain purchase receipts, issue receipts, and disposition files.Prepares reports, presentations, correspondence and other office communications on a daily to weekly basis.Must be familiar with PC use, processing, and data base software, i.e. MS Word, Excel, SPBS-R, and DELTEK.Analyze and summarize field data into reports and charts for management's review and action.Work closely with Systems Analysts and other MIS professionals in establishing software and application requirements.Be familiar with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Part 45, DOD Manual 4161-2-M, AR 710-1, 710-2, 710-5 and the CSA Property Management Plan.
