Global Procurement Project Manager I
Description:
Responsible for planning key global procurement initiatives that lead to innovative solutions specifically for the management of the Non Employee Worker (NEW) temporary labor outsourcing program. Includes the researching, designing, constructing, and implementing requirements for the outsourcing. Builds business cases for each project initiative, manages the budget of each project, and ensures achievement of project goals. Oversees cross-functional teams so that different team members align to a single goal to achieve project success by a specific date and within cost. Responsible for the motivation of individual team members. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3 - 6 years experience in the temp labor industry and outsourcing management. This job supervises outsourced workers.

Temporary Labor Staffing Experience, Outsourcing Management expertise.
