Due to our continued growth and success, we are seeking a Global Purchasing e-Commerce Systems Manager at our Corporate Headquarters.

The Global Purchasing e-Commerce Systems Manager wiil lead the development of purchasing systems and methods that have worldwide application including: e-commerce initiatives, enhancements within Oracle as it is implemented, global rollout of Oracle, internet collaborative tools, data mining & reporting tools and supplier assessment & relationship management tools. Responsible for ensuring that the global Purchasing application functionality and technology roadmap are consistent with industry best practices and that these best practices are deployed globally.

Scope includes defining business requirements at the functional level, Oracle configuration input, and development of detailed procedures, work instructions and training materials.

Direct the development and maintenance of a Global Purchasing KPI dashboard that will provide real-time insight and visibility to executive management of purchasing?s achievement to goals and objectives. KPI measures are to include, but not limited to supplier performance, purchasing operational performance and value across the entire business including hard/soft savings affecting the bottom line.

Provide global user support for purchasing systems having worldwide application; justify and control purchasing system upgrades and enhancements. Initiate purchasing process analysis projects to improve flow of information and reduce the cost of purchasing transaction processing and reporting. Provide or coordinates provision of subject matter expertise to IT on as needed basis regarding purchasing systems and integrated systems impacting purchasing.REQUIREMENTS? Bachelor?s Degree, CPM a plus, MBA a plus
? EPR business software applications and report writing experience. Oracle is a plus
? Experience with transitioning into an ERP System environment
? A minimum of 6 years experience including systems implementations, purchasing reporting, budgeting, supervision and general purchasing
? Practical knowledge of Oracle purchasing applications
? Customer service oriented, Ability to multi-task
? Self-motivated and ability to work independently
? Strong presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
? Excellent organizational, project management, training and managerial skills
? Work closely and effectively with all domestic and international business units
? Strong computer skills (PC, database)
