Manage print production projects in support of BSC Sales and Marketing Departments.

Process requisitions and issue purchase orders to approved vendors in accordance with BSC Policies and procedures in a manner that results in best overall value to BSC.

Evaluate and document supplier performance.

Work with the minority and woman owned business community to enhance opportunities for diverse suppliers to participate in bid opportunities.

Manage the performance of key suppliers using appropriate measurements and feedback mechanisms.

Find, implement and measure cost reductions in areas of print and fulfillment in support of team objectives.

Develop strategies to lower the total cost of ownership for goods and services and to minimize company liability.

Experience in print project management and in print production.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage details, organize, analyze data and present recommendations.

Ability to conduct print pre production and production checks.

Understanding of print production environment.

Ability to communicate and influence print and fulfillment vendor management.

Familiarity with basic U.S. postal, small parcel and truck delivery requirements.

Bachelors degree and 3 to 5 years experience in procurement or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
