Inventory Coordinator - Naperville

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day control of inbound and outbound inventory. This position is responsible for ordering, receiving, recharging and transferring all parts as needed, continuous tracking of all parts and equipment in the inventory database system, and reconciling discrepancies. This position also maintains a high level of security within the warehouse.

Position Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory levels at the Naperville location
Maintain organized warehouse for timely sourcing of parts and supplies
Work with field technicians on a daily basis to ensure trucks are fully equipped
Accurate receipt and delivery of requested parts and supplies
Conduct "over-the-counter" sales with customers purchasing HVAC parts
Working in a warehouse environment

Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years direct warehouse/inventory experience
Effective written and oral communication skills with vendors, employees, and management
Strong customer focus
Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience
At least 6 months of experience operating a forklift
Experience with computerized inventory systems preferred
Ability to be certified in refrigerant reclaiming and forklift use
Prior HVAC experience, preferred
This is an hourly position
