MANAGER,PROCUREMENT REPORTING

Job Responsibilities:

Major responsibilities include the collection and analyzing of Procurement,
Accounts Payable, or Supplier data, and direct development of required
informational databases. Must understand procurement process and systems, to be
able to support the needs and specifications of clients within GSSM and
throughout BMS. Will also include reporting, collecting and analyzing of
information and internalconsulting with Business clients, procurement category
teams, and GSSM Management.

Job Requirements/Education:

Must have strong analytical, data mining, interpersonal, communication,
organization, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to work
independently with minimal supervision and strong prioritization skills to
manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent computer skills with
advanced competence in Excel, Access and PowerPoint required. Ability to
collect, analyze, and integrate information by leveraging appropriate systems
and technology. Able to work across organization and geographical boundaries,
influence others and work in a team environment. Knowledge of SAP BMS financial
reporting processes and systemsa plus. The successful candidate will have a
Bachelor s degree in a related field with an MBA preferred. At least 5 years of
experience in appropriate analytical, strategic, and leadership assignments.
Desired backgrounds should include, Procurement knowledge, Business Process
Improvement. 2 3 years consulting experience a plus. Strong Customer Service
focus.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
