MRO Purchasing Assistant and Parts warehouse Coordinator
The ideal candidate would have:
Excellent computer skills, with knowledge in both word and excel. Also requires excellent interpersonal, telephone and organizational skills. High school diploma required. Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience. Working knowledge of purchasing practices is required.
Responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to Sr. MRO buyer; handling a high volume of phone calls and expediting and purchasing MRO items; paperwork processing; parts warehouse inventory management including issue of parts, issue of tools; and distribution of department reports.
Day shift, occasional over time call out required.
