Oriental Trading Company is currently seeking a dynamic leader to manage the Party Supply division of our Merchandising team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, sourcing and merchandising products for the catalog, internet and other identified sales channels. Additionally, this self-starter will ensure that the team meets the marketing and merchandising objectives of the division while continuing to expand product assortment.

 

A Bachelor?s Degree and three to five years of merchandise buying and previous experience within the catalog industry is required. A background within the toy and novelty product area as well as a strong sense of product development are critical success factors for this position. Finally, excellent negotiation skills, strong communication skills, and outstanding time management and problem solving skills are imperative.
