Operation and Sales Adminsitrator

M&R USA, Inc. is an International Procurement company, and we are looking for a bilingual individual, who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

 

 Some of the responsibilities for this job:

* Answer incoming calls, call providers to ask for quotes,  quote and call customers in South America.

 * Create and handle purchase orders, commercial invoices,  packing lists and other necessary documents for exporting

* Create and analyze monthly sales reports

* Solve daily problems

* Managed and analyzed the budget, A/P, A/R, Payroll

* Responsible for mail correspondence

* Handled international logistic operations

* Responsible for purchasing office supplies or any other necessities for maintaining the business.
