We are currently seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist

 

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for internal and external customer order fulfillment, including component parts for contract manufacturers, NRE Projects, and RMA requests.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinates sales order processing and shipmentMonitors sales order system to endure accurate receipt and booking of sales ordersTracks sales shipment, delivery, billing and backlog of sales ordersResponds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficultiesCoordinates domestic and international systems to support shipmentsEnsure lowest cost transportation by analyzing company and customer needs, researching transportation methods and auditing carrier costs and performancesResearches and interprets laws, rules and regulations regarding shipping and prepares applications for import/export control certifications and licenses Maintains logs and compiles information on routes, rates and services on carious vendorsCoordinates RMA processProvide discrepant material reports; quality metricsParticipates in the development, implementation and management of ISO system processesOther duties as required to support Logistics

Education and Experience Required:Bachelors Degree5+ years experience in sales processing, customer service, or related area2+ years in supervisory/project management roleExperience in manufacturing environment with Tier 1 ERP or Oracle preferred
