PROCUREMENT ANAYLYST

As a Procurement Analyst in our Product & MCU Operations area, your responsibilities will include:

**Updating, Filing and maintaining order integrity; and performing follow-up & expediting orders with suppliers.

**Formulating weekly Product Availability plans to Sales & Customer Service based on Material Clear to Build & Distribution Planning.

**Building and maintaining a close working relationship with Sales to ensure maximum visibility of product demand.

**Ensuring all New/EOL product plans are fully reflected in the planning process such that the impacts of these plans are visible to management.

**Maintaining BOM integrity for new & existing product lines.

**Performing additional project tasks as assigned.

We require hands-on experience (NOT a senior level/managerial position) with the inventory and purchasing process, manufacturing industry practices, techniques and standards; updating & maintaining the inventory master file database; updating reports/pricing and vendor information; processing PO's; calling vendors to follow-up on orders; and general clerical assistance. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; be flexible, highly organized and have a successful history of multi-tasking; have excellent analytical skills; be able to maintain excellent relationships with internal customers and external vendors; and have a proven track record in the entire purchasing, planning and forecasting functions. A Bachelor's degree required. New graduates with a degree in Operations or Supply Chain management are encouraged to apply.
