Planning Representative (Gear/Watches/Sunglasses)
The Retail Merchandise Planning Representative provides clerical support to the Merchandise Planning Manager and Assistant Planning Manager.
Core Accountabilities:
Work with Merchandise Planning Manager and Assistant Planning Manager to input and maintain accurate business documents and systems, such as: purchase orders, spreadsheets, and price management.
Support planning team with weekly execution and management of data downloads.
Assist Planning Manager / Assistants with size color breakdowns.
Maintain purchase order tracking documents. Identify and communicate potential fulfillment issues based on known shipping problems.
Support Planning Managers/Assistants with fulfillment tracking document.
Help planning team with filing, faxing, and copying.
Assist Planning with special projects as assigned.
Establish interface relationships to lead and deliver performance excellence that supports a diverse environment.
Education and Experience:
Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
Strong PC skills.
Excellent communication and time management.
Strong math skills.
Ability to work independently and be flexible.
