The Troy, Ohio facility manufactures wheel and brake products for commercial, regional, business, and military aircraft market segments. Employees design, test, manufacture, market and service aircraft wheels and brakes as well as provide worldwide customer support.

Planning Specialist Position Responsibilities: Originate and monitor "Open Order" reports for various customers to achieve OTD goals and Monthly Shipment Plan. Produce and monitor monthly shipment plan and backorder. Plan and expedite both manufacturing and purchase orders to meet OTD objectives and Monthly Shipment Objectives. Release requirements per MRP system. Maintain forecasted requirements per Division request. Support various planning efforts.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree with three to five years MRP experience in a metal manufacturing environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; demonstrated ability in inventory reduction techniques; knowledge and experience in Lean concepts.
Preferred Requirements: Five years' experience in a related materials position with APICS concepts; APICS certification.
