1. Completing the audit process of cardholders' remittance packets to ensure compliance with EQT risk management policies; following up with cardholders' to obtain proper documentation for record retention.
2. Maintaining necessary documentation on cardholder activities.
3. Communicating with department Business Unit Champions to ensure policies and procedures of the Commercial Card program are followed and in compliance
4. Assist with the ongoing administration and daily support for cardholders.
5. Completing special projects related to purchasing card and/or purchasing in general.
The qualified candidate will have an Associates Degree in related field, such as Business or Accounting, (Bachelors Degree preferred); 3 ? 5 years related experience and should be able to demonstrate an ability to work in collaborative role with team members, suppliers and employees. Knowledge of JDE is a plus.
