We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team! Procurement Specialists at Prosero serve in multiple capacities including Procurement Analyst and Procurement Customer Support Specialist roles. While Prosero will consider individuals whose focus area and strength may be in one role versus the other, individuals may be asked to support one or both of these roles depending on customer needs.

Analyst Responsibilities:Data analysis and process mapping for procurement activities Market and supplier research Contract database maintenance Contract buying compliance reporting

 

Customer Support Responsibilities:Proactive calling campaigns Issue research and resolution Customer satisfaction surveys


Overall Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline At least 1 year of work experience Experience with market/ supplier analysis Team player with excellent problem solving skills Detail and quality-oriented with strong initiative/drive Outstanding organization and communication skills and ability to multi-task Ability to effectively manage change


Analyst Requirements: Outstanding financial analysis/ analytical skillsFinancial Analysis work experience and/or Purchasing or Strategic Sourcing work experienceProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (Advanced skills required), PowerPoint and Access Strong business writing skills and ability to create effective presentations Knowledge of eSourcing tools (eRFx, Reverse Auctions) a plus Project management skills and experience facilitating meetings


Customer Support Specialist Requirements: Proficient with Microsoft Office Customer Service work experience and/or Purchasing or Strategic Sourcing work experience Knowledge of ePurchasing platforms and purchasing methods


**Travel may be required ? up to approximately 20-50% on a project specific basis
