WE are looking for a skilled purchasing administrator to join our fast paced?purchasing department.? This person will need to be highly organized and highly motivated to manage all vendor relationships, as well as?customer issues as they relate to?purchasing matters.?

As the purchasing administrator, you will be responsible for:
?
Assisting?the Purchasing Manager in price negotiations with vendors
Product research and development
Quality control
Drive initiatives for new products and facilitate?set-up?
Prepare weekly/monthly reports?for open items, inventory, materials, and processes
Federal/State compliance with registration of products and maintenance of those registrations
Direct on-line ordering for our customers and ensure operation of system
Approve invoice billing and research invoice discrepancies
?
QUALIFICATIONS:
?Certifications in a variety of fields including HAZ MATMust be able to multi task?Advanced skills with Great PlainsSolid understanding of Windows, Word, and ExcelGreat customer and communication service skillsMust be open to a rapidly changing environment Team Player
