Job Responsibilities 1. Monitor, manage, and implement Accessory Consignment programs via Oracle & Symix operating systems 2. Support plant purchasing requirements by processing requisitions 3. Maintain and evaluate vendor relationships & programs 4. Communicate and distribute pricing documentation to plant purchasing personnel 5. Develop purchasing (accessory) procedures 6. Maintain & update costs in Oracle & Symix systems 7. Analyze programs, products & vendors for cost savings 8. Support plant purchasing personnel with system, vendor & invoice issues 9. Perform Vendor & Part Setup functions in Oracle & Symix systems 10. Perform 'Special Pricing' support for the plant sales personnel 11. Serve as liaison between Sales, Manufacturing, Traffic & Vendor on a daily basis 12. Create Oracle & Symix POs for purchased items Job Qualifications: 

Job Qualifications 1. Must possess strong initiative to learn and further expand knowledge within the dept. 2. Strong customer service skills and positive attitude 3. Ability to multi task (phones, paperwork, reports, etc.) 4. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist coworkers as needed 5. Experience with Oracle, Symix, Microsoft Excel and Word are beneficial
