Purchasing Clerk (Central Office)

 HELP USA, one of the nation's largest non-profit builders, developers and operators of transitional and supportive housing, has a position available for a Purchasing Clerk.

 

Job duties include:Exxon/Mobil gas bill monitoring and usage allocations to the appropriate sites/end users.Getty/Lukoil gas bill monitoring and usage allocations to the appropriate sites/end users. EZ Pass monitoring and usage allocations to the appropriate sites/end users.Ordering of new EZ Pass Tags as needed.Verizon Wireless Cell phone monitoring and usage allocations to appropriate users.Handling of Motor vehicles as required (E.G registering fleet vehicles, Surrender of old plates, title research or copy of title).Monitoring of vehicle Log Sheets as it pertains to usage all site vehicles, and assuring that each of the vehicles are up to date regarding, registrations and inspection stickers.Entering of purchase requisitions and generating purchase orders.Assist with follow up with regard to invoiced, not received (E.g. e-mails to sites for receiving documentation).Enter receiving reports.Administrative filing

 

Requirements:Knowledge of Excel & Microsoft WordGood writing skillsHigh School DiplomaValid NY State Driver?s License
