CHAMPS Management Services, a division of The Center for Health Affairs is looking for a full-time Customer Service Manager in Las Vegas. Qualified candidates should have experience with in a hospital purchasing department and the ability to navigate through complex contracts. CHAMPS offer a competitive base salary and bonus potential with a generous benefit package. Interested candidates should apply via email and include salary requirements.

1) Oversee all activities of the CHAMPS group purchasing program for assigned accounts. Responsible for the direction, implementation and performance of the CHAMPS Group Purchasing programs at these accounts.

2) Develops short and long term plans to enhance the purchasing program participation of assigned accounts.

3) Facilitates the resolution of pricing discrepancies identified by members at both the distributor and manufacturer level.

4) Markets CHAMPS purchasing programs to current GPO clients.

5) Develops and executes marketing strategies in conjunction with business partners and the department as new contracts (or contract enhancements) are announced.
