Purchasing Manager

Qualifications include 4-year degree and 7-10 years of related experience, preferably in the oil and gas/coal bed methane industry. Experience in rotating equipment, electrical and instrumentation, civil construction, drilling and production, highly desired. Ideal candidate would have superior communication skills, be highly computer literate and have the ability to work well as part of a purchasing team with a strong focus on performance. Duties to include managing, negotiating, and administering contracts, establishing competitive pricing, controlling, forecasting and maintaining inventory, building sustainable supplier relationships, enforcing, administering, and improving established policies, procedures and systems, and other duties as assigned.
