Purchasing Supplier Development Staff

Stanley Electric U.S. is an automotive lighting manufacturer located 25 miles west of Columbus in London, Ohio. We provide the highest quality lighting equipment available to Honda and Nissan. We currently have an opening in our Purchasing Supplier Development department for a qualified Staff.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Control of tooling development & maturation for plastic injection molding &
coatings.
2. Evaluation of supplier capability.
3. Develop and maintain project management schedules.
4. Global sourcing.
5. Other items as needed.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Purchasing or Engineering.
2. Automotive exposure preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of manufacturing process in injection molding, assembly, and coatings.
4. Ability to generate basic computer reports and spreadsheets.
5. Capable of international travel and overnight domestic travel (20%).
6. Flexible schedule, extended overtime (periodic).
7. Must be accurate and analytical.
8. Multi-task skills.
