Senior Procurement Administrator
SENIOR PROCUREMENT ADMINSTRATOR
Two Positions Available
Salary Dependent Upon Qualifications
$57,595 - $88,316 Per Year
Administers contracts/purchase orders for goods/services. Coordinates development of specifications, scopes of work, procurement schedules & related activities. Conducts pre-proposal, pre-bid conferences, job walks, & public bid openings. Prepares bids/proposals/quotations, & negotiates contracts. Acts as liaison between internal/external customers. Develops new vendor sources. Bachelor's Degree in business, public adm or related field or equivalent & 5 yrs exp in procurement (3 yrs at the journey level). Transit, public agency & construction procurement exp desirable. Knowledge of principles of purchasing, accounting, budgeting, cost/price analysis, public contracting & fedl/state contracting laws (UCC/FAR/FTA regulations).
