Senior Project Coordinator - (IT Contract Negotiation/Review, Procurement, Sourcing)

Basic Function:
This position is responsible to support the operations of contract labor, professional services and strategic sourcing activities; participating in the strategic sourcing process by partnering with ITG staff/management to define specifications and requirements, independently conducting internal and external data analysis, and providing recommendations based on analysis.

Job Requirements:
1) 2 years work experience in contract review, negotiation and procurement with a bachelors degree OR 4 years work experience in contract review, negotiation and procurement; 2) 2 years experience in technical recruiting for Infrastructure, Architecture, Applications Development, LAN/WAN, Security, Strategy and Project Management; 3) 2 years experience in contract review for technical goods and services, pricing, purchase orders, service levels and operating level agreements; 4) 2 years experience facilitating scoring and assessment of RFP responses with internal team members; 2 years experience participating in negotiation process by analyzing and assessing vendor responses, makes recommendations on vendor negotiation strategy; 5) 2 years experience with financial management systems ? budgeting, expense, capital/project; 6) 2 years experience with procurement processes and systems; 7) This position requires basic technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: computing disciplines Unix/AIX, Mainframe, Windows, WAN/LAN, Security or experience in applications development/SDLC in addition to 2 years of IT and/or project management/coordination experience used to develop sourcing, contract and acquisition strategies which align with technology or architectural requirements;
