Site Coordinator I

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) employees provide professional, comprehensive technical services to an impressive customer base, specializing in fields of information technology and industrial services. We are currently seeking a Site Coordinator in Mossville, IL.
 


In this position you will act as the primary operational and strategic interface between the customer and ATS for the repairable spare parts crib in the customer's facility. You are completely responsible for identifying business growth opportunities associated with the site; along with processing parts to suppliers for repair, tracking customer repair activity, costs, and savings.

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following:



Working independently at an ATS customer site, performing required responsibilities as a self-directed employee, following self-determined daily work plans, and making repair and purchasing decisions on behalf of ATS and the customer on a daily basis.

Recommending improvements to established processes for customer reporting and site operations.

Tracking repairs and data for repair authorizations on repairable parts; and monitoring receipt of parts from ATS and vendors and updates ATS's financial and operations software (ASTEA).

Expediting and following up on orders with both internal and external suppliers.

Documenting site activity in appropriate reporting format, including 4-up charts.

Meets regularly with customer to discuss, present, and measure site activity and performance of the spare parts operation.

Working with vendors to purchase parts required by the customer.

Monitoring and maintains a listing of open jobs and works with internal and external suppliers to resolve issues.

Providing internal and external customer inventory support as needed.

Backs up other Site Repairable Parts Coordinators at other ATS sites as needed.

May have team leader responsibilities.

Preference given to those with a technical background.

Qualifications include:
Must be skilled at giving customer presentations, analyzing financial data, and budgeting
Prior working experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is required
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills required.
