As the Supplier Management and Compliance Manager, you will make your mark by:



Developing, implementing, and operating a central procurement group to manage approximately $400 million in annual supplier contracts and 1,000 suppliers.


Provide "one-stop" support to Business Unit staff requiring supplier goods and services


Conduct "on-demand" customer training on pre and post award procurement processe


Establish and maintain procurement policies and procedures; coordinate with TFS staff groups


Establish, coordinate, and perform relationship management with Business Units and suppliers


Through TFS Legal, ensure establishment and maintenance of contract templates


Develop and implement contract/supplier management reports and run our automation initiative


Use industry trends, best practices, continued education and knowledge of TFS goals and objectives to identify TFS Preferred Suppliers


Drive use of PS; Develop and Implement performance scorecards


Serve as TFS "Account Manager"


Coordinate risk assessments and assist in development of risk mitigation plans for "High-Risk" suppliers


Establish and implement a Supplier Recognition Program


Perform resource planning functions; stablish strategic and tactical goals; monitor performance; train, coach, mentor


Lead group change management activities and facilitate employee engagement


Establish/Implement Contract Review Committee


Perform internal self assessment audits


Support BU during external contract/procurement audits




Drive compliance with Toyota Diversity goals by implementing a Suplier Diversity Program that supports Toyota Diverstiy Program goals



Qualifications



TFS is looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates must have:

7+ years experience in supplier spend analysis, strategic sourcing, contract development, negotiations, contract and supplier management

Financial Services and/or consulting experience in a contracts related position

Comprehensive knowledge in supplier management program development and implementation

Proven ability to interpret complex policy, legal, or regulatory procurement related requirements and establish and implement effective procurement policy and procedures

Demonstrated communication, organizational and relationship management skills

Working knowledge in the operation of a contract and supplier management oversight function

Strong people leadership skills

Bachelors Degree

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel; PowerPoint; Lotus Notes; procurement eTools
