Asset Preservation, Inc. (API) is a leading national Qualified Intermediary.  A Qualified Intermediary is needed when investors desire to defer the capital gain taxes due on the sale of an investment property by utilizing an IRC ?1031 tax deferred exchange. 

 

API is a subsidiary of Stewart Title Company, the third largest title insurance company in the world, and we have handled over 120,000 1031 exchange transactions in our sixteen-year history.

 

We are looking for two key professionals to join our growing organization in Orlando, Florida and Miami, Florida. The ideal candidates should have some background in real estate and should also be a self-starter with initiative, excellent people skills, and enjoy public speaking and educating others on the wide range of investment options available using tax deferred exchanges. Demonstrable sales experience, knowledge of IRC Section 1031 exchanges and a willingness to travel within the territory are also important. The Division Manager will be responsible for marketing API?s Qualified Intermediary services to commercial brokers, developers, closing officers, real estate agents, accountants, real estate and tax attorneys, financial planners and investment property owners.

 

This position provides a tremendous opportunity to earn an excellent income because there is an increasing demand for services. Compensation is a combination of salary and a commission based upon the fees received from new open exchange orders.
