1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Business President

We're seeking an experienced 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Business President to lead our team.
Primary responsibilities:Responsible for directing all aspects of a 1031 tax deferred exchange business, including cash management, sales and operations.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration (MBA and/or CPA desirable).Management experience at the executive or senior level in a service business.Strong financial background required.Proven track record in business development on a national or regional basis, including exposure to a wide variety of clients. Ability to work with tax and legal advisors in structuring complex transactions when necessaryUnderstanding of the real estate closing process Must direct all aspects of this business including: cash management, sales, operations.
