Inland Real Estate Exchange Corporation seeks Administrator to organize and manage the underwriting, closing and post-closing processes for the individual Tenant-in-Common real estate and financial transactions. A proven leader, you will coach/mentor closing and post-closing staff, and communicate status of the underwriting, closing and post-closing processes to internal/external customers. Highly detail oriented, you will coordinate the development and maintenance of databases and monitor & review the preparation, dissemination and execution of all legal documentation regarding underwriting, closing and post-closing activities. This position develops procedures to facilitate closings, coordinates all parties which compromise the closing process (lender, attorney's, etc.) along with coordinating the monthly and quarterly  cash distributions.

 

Qualified candidate will possess:

? 3-4 years related experience along with strong leadership and supervisory skills.

? Must have knowledge of real estate and financing closing processes (prefer candidates with Real Estate license).

? Advanced knowledge of Word, Access, Excel and Delta View computer software necessary.

? We're looking for an excellent communicator with excellent organizational and planning skills.
