ASSET MANAGER - Re-Development Expertise

 

Prime Group, a dynamic west coast owner and manager of multi-family assets, is seeking a highly qualified Asset Manager with heavy emphasis in re-development for 4,200+ landmark rental community in Los Angeles.

The Asset Manager will:Assume leadership role in planning, financial analysis and execution of  new and redevelopment projects at renowned L.A. apartment communityAssessment of existing building, site, environmental conditionsROI, budget, forecasting, risk-reward analysis and other financial analysis Public processes and permitted use researchOversee architects, consultants, engineersCreate business plans, construction costing, parking planning and tenant requirementsMonitor and report project status and timing v. budget to owners on consistent basisDemonstrate exceptionally sound business judgment

Job Requirements:Minimum 4 year degree in related fieldMULTI FAMILY housing experience REQUIREDDevelopment/redevelopment experience requiredProject and/or construction management preferredExceptional financial acumen and analysis to include:  ROI/IRR, cash flow and other financial modelingAttention to detail and ability to apply financial modelingOrganization, negotiating and management skillsStrong communicator able to quickly build consensus and establish credibilityFlexible and able to thrive in a fast paced team environmentCommitment to meeting goalsComfortable in sometimes ambiguous work environmentSelf-motivated, confident, intiative taker, proactiveENTREPENEURIAL SPIRITLOW ego emissionsProficient computer skills including project management softwareCompetitive salary and exceptional benefits
