Description:

Seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help manage a 130 unit property located in West Hollywood, CA. The Assistant Community Manager shares responsibility with the Community Manager in all operations of the apartment community with the primary objectives of increasing the net operating income of the community, maintaining the physical asset, providing for a quality living environment for residents and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the community staff. The Assistant Community Manager performs most of all of the accounting responsibilities for the property including but not limited to accounts receivable (collection of rents), accounts payable and all aspects of residents financial life.

1-2 years of experience in residential property management required. Background in sales and/or Apartment Leasing is also required.

Help AIMCO be a leader in the Real Estate industry by acting as the Assistant Community Manager who maintains community operations; attracts residents; establishes residency; maintains physical operations; maintains financial status; identifies current and future community requirements; resolves resident dissatisfactions; secures community complex; prepares community operations reports; updates job knowledge; enhances community reputation.



Qualifications:

The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for all operations of an apartment community with the primary objectives of:


* 2+ years sales experience, property management industry a plus.
*Ability to increase the net operating income of the community
*Ability to maintain the physical asset
*Ability to establish a positive, productive working relationship with the community staff
*Some basic knowledge of accounting, A/R, collecting rent, posting invoices and account reconciliation helpful.
*1-2 years of property management experience
*BA/BS or equivalent experience
