We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Corporate Property Services Group located in San Francisco, CA. The Corporate Property Services Group provides portfolio and property management services to corporations and institutions that outsource their real estate management functions.

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER - San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the property
Interface daily with tenants and respond to tenant inquiries and issues
Work closely with landlords, engineers, project managers, contractors, vendors etc.
Oversee budgeting, operating expenses and review of leases
Manage small projects as necessary

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in facility/property management or related field
Experience with budgets, operation expenses and leases
Experience with managing small projects
Background with successfully administering various service providers
Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work within a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
