Assistant Vice President, Product Implementation
In this project management role, the successful candidate will facilitate the implementation of new products/initiatives for Loan Administration. This involves working with Product Development and Support and all affected areas of Loan Administration to ensure that a new product is implemented and serviced properly. Specific duties include ensuring that all Loan Servicing divisions are meeting service-level requirements related to a particular product; overseeing the compilation, monitoring and reporting of key statistics related to the product and servicing to all areas of the company; and providing executive management with key statistics and financial reports related to the product. The chosen candidate will also be relied on to provide direction and support in resolving servicing issues related to loans, implement corrective action to address servicing processes as needed and facilitate monthly QAs involving all divisions, while promoting communication between all servicing areas performing Servicing procedures for the product.
Requirements:
- BA degree.
- 5+ years experience in mortgage banking.
- 3 years of direct supervisory experience preferred.
- 2+ years experience in dealing with analytics, performing high-level data gathering, preparing reports and spreadsheets, analyzing data and preparing presentations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business environment.
- Knowledge of Project Management software or methodology preferred.
- Knowledge of AS400 preferred.
- Problem solving and creative thinking skills.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Effective listening, interpersonal, verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Self motivated.
