Inside Account Executive -   Inside Wholesale Broker Sales

 

*San Ramon Headquarters - 2 position

*Charlotte Regional Headquarters - 6 positions

 

Developing and servicing loan business through mortgage brokers; receiving calls on advertising and/or making cold calls; calling on brokers to promote loan products; following up to generate business; resolving problems

* Assisting brokers in submitting loan packages for processing, and working with brokers to obtain additional information and resolve problems

* Participating in networking activities; improving sales abilities and increasing knowledge of residential lending industry trends and practices

* Should have a successful track record in sales with financial services and/or mortgage experience a plus

* Working knowledge of residential mortgage sales and marketing techniques, laws and regulations, title and appraisal reviews, lending and loan origination, underwriting, packaging and processing is a plus

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Effective marketing skills

* Personal computer skills with working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs
