Account Executive

Triad Guaranty Insurance Corporation seeks a seasoned Account Executive to serve the Oregon, Washington, and Idaho territory, selling our mortgage insurance products. The incumbent will build and maintain relationships with banks and other lending institutions to achieve sales objectives by targeting new customers, selling full range of products, and servicing accounts.  Acts as a primary contact between Triad Guaranty Insurance and customer. Further details include:

?  Support Triad?s national & key account initiatives.  Work with the national account manager and division sales manager to develop and expand business with national and key account lenders and select house accounts through the execution of our defined sales strategies.

?  Increase market share by developing new master policies with target lenders at the national, regional and local level; network with correspondent partners; achieve assigned sales objectives and strategies.

?  Develop sales and communications skills including rapport building, public speaking, facilitating lender education workshops, listening skills, handling objection and closing sales.

?  Sell Triad?s products and services through regular sales and service calls including lender meetings and presentations. 

?  Develop and maintain territory a management plan; focus sales development on core markets and accounts
