Account Executive - WholeSale Mortgage Broker Sales (Field)

Account Executive Wholesale Broker Sales:

 

*6 month nonrecoverable draw

*50 bps to dollar one on funded loans

*medical, dental, vision, 401K and an employee stock purchase plan.

 

As an Irwin Home Equity Account Executive you will be responsible to generate wholesale loan volume through the direct solicitation of mortgage brokers in your defined market.  Generate new broker business as well as maintaining strong relationships with your existing brokers.  Be able to conduct meetings, give presentations and educate your broker base on Irwin Home Equity products and procedures.  Act as a liaison between your brokers and IHE production staff to insure quality product and service.

 

Preferred Requirements:

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

1-3 Years Wholesale loan Production experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with credit and loan documentation.

Understanding mortgage underwriting guidelines, loan pricing and programs.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience effectively managing time and organizing work while achieving goals.

Goal orientated team player.
