Title Company Sales Representative

 

Respsonsibilities

 Implement sales programs to increase local market share, achieve sales goals, and develop new business. Contact current customers and determine opportunities to enhance client relationships. Identify key decision-makers (including real estate brokers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, loan officers, loan processors, builders, developers, bankers, attorneys, and others) and obtain new business and orders. Explain and highlight company services through presentations. Solicit referrals to develop new business. Inform management of customer requirements, needs, and/or concerns. Document and supply activity reports to management. Maintain a current and accurate database of existing customers and their order history. Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and activities. Entertain clients through lunches, dinners, sporting events, and other activities.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 Documented success with selling. Knowledge of the principles of real estate, mortgage financing, and the roles of title and escrow companies. Strong communication skills. Ability to plan and implement an efficient and productive schedule. Ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
