We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the Account Manager position.

The Account Manager acts as a liaison between brokers, Account Executives and Underwriting to assist in gathering, verifying and compiling all necessary loan file documentation.

Duties include:

Monitor loan production from processing through funding.
Develop a rapport with Brokers working closely with them to achieve funding goals.
Monitor accuracy of documentation provided to make sure file is within compliance.

Bachelors' degree in related field; and two to four years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-5 years mortgage banking experience with emphasis in Loan Set-Up, Underwriting, and Account Management. Sub-prime experience a plus.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Visio, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint and one year experience in lending/processing software.
