We seek an experienced Account Manager II to join our Direct Lending team. The position is located in our Anaheim, CA office.

This position will be primarily responsible for:Verifying all information in loan file and inputting application information into loan system

 Running credit reports, stacking loan files and printing and mailing all pre-disclosures to borrowers

 Opening and following up on all title/escrow orders, appraisals and other miscellaneous documentation

 Preparing approved files for loan docs, ordering flood certifications and working with the funding department to ensure all loan conditions are met and funded in a timely manner

 Verifying supporting income, asset and liability documentation, including the calculation of income

 Reviewing and verifying credit report (and other income liabilities) and reviewing all information in the file

 Submitting loan packages to underwriting for approval

 Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned


The ideal candidate possesses:

 Minimum two years in a similar work environment

 Effective oral and written communication skills

 Working knowledge residential loan processing, preferably in a B/C lending environment

 Personal computer skills with working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs
