Responsible for insuring the highest level of customer service is provided to MLN's BDM's/RSD's and brokers through effective communication and pipeline management.

Job Function & Responsibilities:

1. Actively calls and manages the full file pipeline to insure loans close as quickly as possible and the highest pull through levels possible are achieved.

2. Confirms final loan terms and fee?s with the broker and insures all prior to closing conditions have been met.

3. Limited sign off authority of loan conditions.

4. Maintains current knowledge of company underwriting and processing policies and procedures.

5. Assists the operations team with processing and funding as needed.

6. Maintains packaging integrity from loan decision to closing.

7. Responsible for following up on additional items ordered by MLN: 4506, 2nd Appraisal & HOI.

Demonstrated ability in sales, underwriting or processing; strong communication and interpersonal skills; good organizational background.
