The account Manager must have at least 2 years experience, with good communications skills and a team player.The account manager must be familiar with automated underwriting systems(clout, Idassle,....)for Alt A, and subprime loans.

PacificBanc Mortgage,  is also seeking  a seasoned account executive(loan Rep.)

 

The loan Rep. position is for an inside or outside sales maintaining relationships with our existing brokers,and developing new ones.also, pricing and fitting loan scenarios. We have an experienced team on the inside handling underwriting,and funding including  inside account managers and top notch technology to insure quick approvals.

 

 

We also have an opening for a loan officer position that brings their own loans (minimum 4 per month)pays 90% commission including all origination fee and up to 3 points in rebates(we do not disclose our rebates to clients because we are a mortgage Banker), we only collect $500 processing fee, and $850 for underwriting and funding fee.
