Acquisition Analyst

Davlyn Investments, a privately held and highly entrepreneurial Southern California real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, management and disposition of multifamily properties and condominiums is seeking to fill the position of Acquisition Analyst for their Irvine office.  Below is a description of the position and required skills.

 

Specific job responsibilities include:

? Provide support to the Director of Acquisitions, and other team members in connection with potential acquisitions and due diligence related activities;

? Evaluate prospective multifamily investments using the company?s proprietary financial model;

? Perform market research which includes, but without limitation: completing comparable ?in the field? rental surveys, tracking multifamily construction activity and recent transactions in order to obtain relevant financial data;

? Maintain company?s internal market research database; and

? Preparation of Investment Offering Memorandums;

 

Skills

? B.A. required, MBA or advanced degree highly desirable;

? 2 to 3 years of related real estate experience;

? Highly organized team player mentality coupled with a very strong work ethic a must;

? Exceptional analytical, oral, written and interpersonal skills;

? Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point;

? Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
