Acquisitions Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic Acquisitions Manager to work in our scenic downtown Seattle office.  The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor?s degree preferably in finance or accounting (MBA a plus) with ten years of experience in heavy transactional real estate and development. Candidate will have strong financial analytical and interpretation skills and possess the ability to direct and supervise others to achieve appropriate business objectives and goals.  The successful applicant will be detail oriented with a positive attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills.  Must be an organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be proficient in MS Office applications.

 

The Acquisitions Manager will:

?  Oversee all aspects of real estate including analysis, acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, financings and assist with new developments and expansions.

?  Coordinate all aspects of real estate/acquisition matters including negotiation, analysis, structuring transactions, due diligence, financial structuring and closing. 

?  Work with various lenders and lessors to obtain and close real estate financing or re-financing on various acquisitions, developments, dispositions and existing communities.

?  Provide analytical support to Executive Management to allow them to make prudent business decisions as it pertains to transactional matters; complex financial analysis of all options.

?  Provide planning, forecasting and analytical support on real estate transactions to corporate staff, field personnel and the Board of Directors.

?  Work closely with internal and external accounting professionals to structure transactions for the appropriate accounting treatment. 

?  Provide information to lessors and lending institutions as required.

?  Provide support to Senior Management on ad hoc reporting and analysis projects

?  Supervise and coordinate the work of the Real Estate and Acquisitions team to complete various projects.

?  Assign duties and direct workflow to maximize the efficiency of the real estate analysis function.

?  Perform other projects as required.
