Administrative Assistant, Full and Part-time

Position requires excellent organizational skills, ability to mulit-task, strong secretarial skills, detailed oriented, and a professional attitude. Ability to juggle myultiple responsibilites and maintain confidentiality. Previous administrative and preparing travel arrangement experience required for full-time position (8:30 -5:00 M-F). Part-time positions requires receptionist experience. (4pm - 8pm M-TH / SAT 10a-1p)
