Agency Relations Representative



Responsibilities


Assist in monitoring or coordinating audits in agency production, timeliness, changes in habits, or management

Assist in performing profitability analysis

Assist with quality control review, implementation of recommendations, and follow up on progress

Develop reports to management, assure accuracy of data, and investigate discrepancies.

Determine and advise agents on action necessary to effect accurate and complete reporting

Carry out business development and promotional activities

Distribute information to agents

Identify potential new agents, initiate discussions and negotiate contracts

Minimum Qualifications


Knowledge of policies and practices of title insurance industry

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

Ability to communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing

Ability to analytically recognize problems, determine solution, and initiate corrective action

Ability to represent the company in a professional, positive, and courteous manner

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related degree with two years experience, or an equivalent combination of education and sales experience

Ability to create and deliver presentations
