Analyst

Primary Job Responsibilities: Work directly for co-founder and president. Analyze commercial property capital structures in detail. Intense and rapid education in all aspects of commercial real estate finance. Observe and be involved in all aspects of negotiation, analysis and deal structuring. Right person has potential for transition into origination position, responsible for new business generation with unlimited earnings potential. Historical range for originators has been $250,000 - $1,000,000 per year. Opportunity to invest with the company as a principal.Qualifications and Experience: Excellent verbal/written communication skills, solid understanding of principals of finance and degreed with strong academic performance. Must also have strong computer skills. The right candidate will be a team player, very motivated, self-starter, thrive in a fast paced environment, strong at quantitative analysis and willing to work long hours. Real estate experience, loan underwriting expertise, use of ARGUS software and/or M.B.A. a plus.Company Profile: Churchill Capital is a Dallas based real estate investment banking company that arranges debt and equity financing, provides real estate consulting and invests for its own account. Selected candidate would need to relocate to Dallas. Principals have been in the real estate business over 20 years.
