Assistant Community Manager


The Assistant Community Manager will help assist and maintain property operations. Responsibilities include attracting residents; establishing residency; maintaining physical operations; maintaining financial status; identifying current and future Property requirements; resolving resident dissatisfactions; securing Property complex; preparing Property operations reports; updating job knowledge and enhancing the Property reputation.

 

Qualifications:Ability to assist with implementing strategic marketing and sales strategies Ability to establish a positive, productive working relationship with the Property residents, staff members and vendors Ability to assist with resident relations A/R and A/P experience Leasing and or Sales experience Financial reporting experience
